Vivian has sculpted her head, body, hands, and feet from polymer clay. She has a wire armature inside (you can see a little bit of wire on the top of her little head), it is inside her head, arms, legs, and body. The wire is not in fingers, they are too tiny, they are about 0,07 inches (2mm) wide.

The smallest thing in her body is her little foot toe, it is ca 0,03 inch (0,08mm) wide.  After sculpted, Dreaming Fairy was baked in the oven, painted with genesis heat-set paints, and baked again
